Re: CC Lee
No joke. His full name is Chen-Chang Lee, but called C.C. Lee for short.
Arguably our best relief prospect in the minors, certainly top 3-4. He along with Hagadone should be up in Columbus soon, and barring injury Lee will pitch in the bigs some day.

I know, ain't it? Just wait until C.C. Lee gets more in the mainstream media....people will have a field day with that one.
Thanks for the kind words and for reading. Please post more often!

Re: CC Lee
But the question remains, is he as good of a prospect as Manny Visquel-Thome?

Re: CC Lee
Maybe not, but I suspect he'll have more success than Omar Ramirez did.
EDIT: Just looked it up, and it turns out his full name was Victor Omar Ramirez (granted Victor Martinez was just a kid back in those days).

Since CC Lee is a reliever, almost definitely not.

Now we need to draft a Cliff Sabathia and we're in business.

Not trying to hijack the subject, but somewhat related question for ya Tony: How would you rank our amazing group of relief prospects?? We have at least one amazing arm that has not pitched yet this year, and we still have tons of great arms. Thanks!

Re: CC Lee
Hmmm....good question. Limiting only to AAA/AA, I'd go with this:
1. Hagadone
2. Lee
3. Putnam
4. Judy
5. Popham
6. Langwell
7. Burns
8. Smith
9. Berger
10. Espino
I did not include the injured guys Stowell, Graham, Bryson, etc.

Judy has really been regressing... IS his stuff just not up to snuff or is he just struggling with control/mechanics? Seemed like he was kicking the door down there for a while but has really cooled off.

Could just be early season slump. All relievers go through hot and cold patches, and if I recall he is typically a second half pitcher.
