With the All Star break here I came up with another way to kill time until the pennant race starts again.

Who goes on the Indians player development Mt. Rushmore? These were the 4 best players the Indians ever scouted, drafted, signed and developed. No trades. OK, you can include undrafted players, but only after the advent of the draft, starting 1965. Bob Feller doesn't make it.

Here's what I came up with:

Dennis Eckersly - HOF
Jim Thome (a late rounder if I recall)
Buddy Bell
Manny Ramirez - crazy, but quite a swing

Thome - A soon to be member of the 600 HR club, best career WAR for any guy developed by the Indians
Eckersley - A big influence on the game
CC Sabathia - Can't think of anyone that outshines CC left that's eligible (Boudreau, Feller, Doby are too old to fit the criteria, everyone else was a trade guy)
