Yeah, position player to the M's was the surest thing in the draft, other than the Tribe going college pitcher.

IF he's there, you HAVE to pull the trigger .. no questions asked.

Runs in specific positions can make a difference.. doubt it happens by # 8.. but.. it's like drafting closers in Fantasy Baseball.. around the 14th round.. there's a run...

O's won't take Rendon according to Mayo. Baseball beginnings reporting that the M's didn't trust Rendon's medicals.

Goldstein saying the momentum is leaning towards the O's taking Jed Bradley #4.
Going to be some serious HS talent at #8 if they do.

Dayton Moore has been quoted saying that he wanted to protect the "home turf".. It was in the KC Star.. With some local guys going elsewhere (Pujols being the most prominent).. Moore may demand a BUBBA!..

Sounds like their advisor is trying to squeeze a few more bucks out of their respective drafting teams!! Definitely don't think MLB (owns MLB network) told them to do that; if anything, they should discourage it to get bonuses down.

I think the Nats go college arm, and I can't see the Dbacks going for Archie or Rendon.

Rendon would be interesting to the Nats here. Compared to Zimmerman a lot...who could be gone when Rendon is ready (signed thru 2013)

Bauer is already gone at 3
So, 2 left...Dbacks have an unprotected pick coming up, so they'll go easy College sign (J.Bradley, Gray, Jungmann, Springer)...I pray for WAS to take Lindor so I don't have to sweat him...Rendon or A.Bradley....I'm in

Bro, the main University of Texas campus is in AUSTIN. Bundy would be in Austin next year if he goes to college. You're confusing it with Arlington.
Austin is one of the coolest cities in America, btw.

The seventh pick cannot be a HS kid.. that pretty much seals Archie coming the Indians way.. The Nats at 7.. will have to take a college kid..

Not true.....could be a HS kid that wants to sign. Lots of Lindor talk there and Baez. I do think Archie is safe though not to go 7th.
