On-Deck with the Captains: 6/19/13 - 6/25/13
Second-half turnarounds are commonly mentioned in baseball, and the case is no different for the Lake County Captains. Since the All-Star break, the team has posted a 5-1 record with some solid outings from the starting pitching staff. The offense has added a number of home runs as they hit eight this past week, so it seems things may be starting to come together for the 28-45 squad.

Call to the Bullpen: Episode 1.11
Call to the Bullpen has moved to a new show time! Tune in tonight and from now on on Wednesday nights at 10:00 pm ET. Don't look now, but the Indians have won four straight series and are still in second place within striking distance of the Tigers. Now a long, hard road trip will test them and see if they can stay afloat despite their recent struggles away from Progressive Field. The bullpen will play a huge role in whatever success they have. However, they've recently become somewhat unreliable for the Tribe due to injuries and inconsistency. Can they get back on track and go back to being the dominant force they've been in the past? Jake and Hayden discuss all that and more tonight!

Second Thoughts Game #76: Indians 3, Orioles 6
Indians ace Justin Masterson had a perfect game through four innings. Slider, sinker, everything was virtually unhittable. He was touched up for a run in the fifth, but through six innings he looked masterful. Then everything fell apart in the seventh as in a blink of an eye the game was tied and in another blink the Indians were losing by three. The IBI's Jake Dungan gives his second thoughts on the tough defeat...

Prospects and movie ads - They often don't live up to the hype
Beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder when it comes to prospects. Different prospects will catch the fancy of different fans, but quite often the reality is that the player does not live up to the hype. In a lot of ways prospects are like the "coming soon" clips shown before a movie where every movie looks good promising thanks to some great editing in a short two to three minute clip versus what actually comes out in the movie.

Second Thoughts Game #75: Indians 5, Orioles 2
After a strong homestand that righted the Indians' ship, they hit the road for 11 games, starting with four in Baltimore. Ubaldo Jimenez lasted just 5.1 innings and got hit out of the park twice, and the offense didn't score until the sixth inning. They came on in a big way in that sixth, though, taking a lead that the bullpen would never relinquish and won 5-2. The IBI's Kevin Dean shares his second thoughts on the game...
