Tuesday was a camp day at Indians minor league camp which meant a short workout in the morning followed by two five innings games pitting AAA vs AA and A+ vs A. Left fielder Jorge Martinez had the big blow of the day with a towering two-run homer to right center, but several others such as Anthony Gallas, Tyler Naquin, Tony Wolters, Ronny Rodriguez, Francisco Mejia and many more had good showings.
The World Baseball Classic came to a close on Tuesday night when the Dominican Republic defeated Puerto Rico 3-0 to win the WBC crown.
