Mudcats Squeeze Out 2-1 Win
The Carolina Mudcats (19-18) squeezed out a 2-1 win against the Myrtle Beach Pelicans (22-15) to open up a three game series. The Mudcats got two, two out hits in the bottom of the first to drive in their only runs of the game. Hernandez rusty, Clippers lose 10-8
After eight innings of lackluster offense and inconsistent pitching, the Columbus Clippers (59-53) put together a monster ninth-inning rally to tie the game but ultimately fell to the Rochester Red Wings (55-56) in 12 innings by a final score of 10-8.
