Jake LoweryThe Indians announced today that 3rd round pick right-handed pitcher Jake Sisco and 4th round pick catcher Jake Lowery have signed. Lowery has been assigned to short-season Single-A Mahoning Valley, but no word on where Sisco will go though he likely will go to rookie-level Arizona to start out to build himself back up.
