Red Sox may make a good trading partner with Indians
The Boston Red Sox had a rough year after their World Series win in 2013, but the talent is clearly there. The IBI's Jeff Ellis believes there is not a team who has more ready-made talent in or near the majors. They do have issues in terms of depth when it comes to pitching, but in terms of bats the Red Sox are almost two deep with a legit possible starter at every position on the diamond. He takes a look at possible trade fits between the Indians and Red Sox.

If the Indians shop Kipnis, here are four deals to consider

Hot Stove Rumors: Josh Donaldson
While the MLB postseason is not over, the Hot Stove season has already begun. The minute teams have ended their season or been eliminated from the playoffs we have had writers who are not close to teams making pronouncements that certain players are already on the market. One of those was a claim by ESPN's Buster Olney that the Athletics will put third baseman Josh Donaldson on the market this offseason. Three under the radar offseason targets for the Indians
The IBI's Jeff Ellis chimed in on Monday with his thoughts as to why the Indians should go after Adrian Beltre in a trade this offseason. Some liked his idea, while others did not due to the amount of money he makes, his age and the cost in terms of prospects to acquire him. Today, Jeff takes a look at three lesser players that may not cost as much to acquire in terms of dollars or prospects, though come with a little more risk and less of a track record.

Indians should target Adrian Beltre in the offseason
The IBI's Jeff Ellis is seeing a lot of talk of what will happen for the Indians next year. To him this season was always viewed as a bit of a bridge year, and he feels they found some things from within with the starting rotation and lineup. Is it time to trade Lonnie Chisenhall?
A few months back the IBI's Jeff Ellis brought up what was then a more controversial view that the Indians should strongly look to trade Lonnie Chisenhall. At the time Chisenhall still looked like a breakout candidate and was not that far removed from being a potential all-star, but he held by the numbers which showed he was in for a massive regression, which we are seeing now. He looks into why the Indians should consider trading him and what they do with his spot in the lineup.
