For a 1:00 pm game, most of the players are arriving around 8:30 to 10:30 in the morning.. some a bit earlier.. some a bit later.. but all are there well in advance of the start of the game. Lifting, stretching taping meeting eating are all parts of their morning. On field, Early BP, some fielding, shagging and toss can be never be done enough. In all, players spend anywhere from 8 to 9 hours at the complex to over 12..

Depends on what they have to do that day, I get to the office around 7am some days in the spring and guys have beaten me there for therapy or an early workout.
All the guys are there generally by 8-8:30.
