Tony hope you saw this
Brantley has the amazing ratio of 199 walks to 142 strikeouts in his minor-league career. He has stolen 104 bases and been caught 29 times. Some research by Tony Lastoria at his terrific Tribe minor-league blog: indianstopprospects.blogspot.com compared Kenny Lofton at ages 21-24 to Brantley at ages 18-21. They played nearly the same amount of minor-league games, Brantley hitting .311, Lofton .300. Brantley's on-base percentage is .399, Lofton's .370. Neither showed much power, both with six home runs. Brantley had 53 doubles to 46 for Lofton in about 1,400 at-bats. And Brantley is three years younger.

Maybe this is where Terry gets ideas for his columns. Heck, maybe he's one of us in the forums.

Yeah, I saw it. Here is the link:

That was nice of Terry though. Check's in the mail.
Props to him though. Unlike some sites/writers who scoff at the mere mention of our site, Pluto is a fan and doesn't worry about all the nonsense. There's nothing wrong with giving some props to other sites, even competing ones.
