E. Carrera recalled tonight...why?

Just checked my e-mail. Got an e-mail earlier this evening from the Clippers with a roster update.

Carrera has been recalled to Cleveland tonight. Anybody know why?

Ezequiel Carrera's stay with the Clippers didn't last long.
The Cleveland Indians, who optioned Carrera to Columbus yesterday, recalled him this afternoon. Cleveland outfielder Shelley Duncan left the team for a family emergency. Carrera will join the Indians in Detroit.
