Jeff Harris joins Indians player development staff
Harris had been in Triple-A Buffalo the last few years as a pitcher, but has retired and will now look to work his way up as a pitching coach starting with the rookie-level Arizona team next year.

No major changes other than Ted Kubiak going from a coordinator role back to a manager role (rookie level AZ), Jon Nunnally jumping from Kinston to Buffalo as the hitting coach, and Ruben Niebla going from Lake County to Akron as the pitching coach.
All managers will return to their teams next year, except for Rouglas Odor who was the rookie level GCL coach but now will be the Kinston hitting coach.
