Tribe Happenings: The Indians success in '13 started at the top
On October 6th of last year the Indians hired Terry Francona to be their manager and thus began the start of an amazing revival for an organization on life support to one that is heading in the right direction. They had a good year, but now comes the hard part. Tony talks about their philosophy change and how they need to take the next step this offseason, how Francona had such a big effect on the team, and why he thinks the Indians need to pull out all the stops to resign Jimenez and Kazmir.

Here is a current listing of players from the Indians’ organization expected to play winter ball this offseason. This is not a complete list as it will undoubtedly change over the course of winter ball as players finish up play and other players end up being assigned to a league.

And that's what IBI history buff Rick Lamborn did to determine the best Indians player of all time with a gigantic 128-player tournament.
