Ranking the 2013 Cleveland Indians' roster at the stretch run
With the calendar turning to September, Cleveland remains in playoff contention with a 71-64 record. Sure, the team has its issues, but anyone would have taken this before the season. Indians add five to roster, DFA Fedroff and Diaz
The Cleveland Indians today announced that they have added Preston Guilmet, Nick Hagadone, Blake Wood, Jose Ramirez and Kelly Shoppach to the roster, and have also DFAed Juan Diaz and Tim Fedroff.

No Miggy, no problem. Even without Miguel Cabrera in the Tigers lineup, Detroit still handed Cleveland their fifth straight loss defeating them, 10-5. Five runs on nine his even for the Indians wouldn't be enough in the heart of Motown, as the Tigers exploded for 10 runs on 15 hits offensively.
