The 2012 Transaction Rundown: May 12-18
The Indians did more shuffling this week than a poker dealer, as the infamous 40-day mark approaches. The Tribe saw several arms go down to injury, watched a veteran get designated for assignment, and had a starter rise back to the big leagues thanks to Josh Tomlin's injury. Arthur Kinney returns with this week's Transaction Rundown...

Second Thoughts: Game #39-Marlins 3, Indians 2
The Indians welcomed Ozzie Guillen and the Miami Marlins to Progressive Field. Much maligned Carlos Zambrano made the start for the Marlins, against a struggling Justin Masterson. Both pitched well, but walks and bad decisions would give the Marlins a 3-2 win. Jim Berdysz gives his "Second Thoughts" on Friday Night's loss.

Aeros' bats explode in 16-3 win
T.J. House and the Akron Aeros’ offense annihilated the Richmond Squirrels on Friday in a 16-3 victory at Canal Park. Runs were at a premium on Thursday for the Indians' minor league affiliates as Columbus, Carolina and Lake County combined for two runs on the day (Akron was off). Even still, Mr. Lindor had yet another multi-hit game and Matt LaPorta had two hits in what may have been his swan song with Columbus (more on that inside). And there were some darn good pitching performances, the best of which came from Shawn Armstrong, who is one of the hottest relievers in the system.
