The Indians recently signed minor league free agent LHP Ryan Anthony out of Emporia State University (KS). He has been assigned to short-season Single-A Mahoning Valley and will be making his professional debut tomorrow as the starting pitcher.

I don't know if many fans know this, but you can vote for your favorite Triple-A players to be a part of the 2009 Triple-A All Star Game on July 15th in Portland, OR this year.
