Minor Happenings: Instructional League Notebook
I’ve been out in Goodyear, Arizona the past three days for the Fall Instructional League which wrapped up on Wednesday and the Arizona Fall League which started up on Tuesday. Compared to previous years, the Instructional League is much more interesting this year due to the presence of so many young players with upside that I have never seen.
