Game Recap 8/2: Captains Can't Complete Sweep

South Bend had runners on the corners with one out in the tenth in a 7-7 tie. Victor Estevez hit ground ball to third, the Captains got the an out at second base and Estevez was called safe at first trying to beat the relay throw allowing David Narodowski to score giving the Silver Hawks a 8-7 win over the Lake County.
Keon Broxton led off the bottom of the first inning with double to left center. Bobby Borchering singled to right scoring Broxton putting South Bend up 1-0.
