Around the Farm (ATF) takes a quick look at some of the daily performances by Indians prospects throughout the organization. The positions listed below are where the player was playing in the game.
This is a special Instructional League version of ATF that recaps each of the Instructional League games the Indians minor leaguers will play this fall over the next three weeks as well as games played in the advanced Instructional League (Arizona Parallel League, AZPL).
Instructional League: Game 9 — October 3 at Royals
Claudio Bautista (2B): 1-for-3, 2 R. Bautista saw his first action in the Instructional League Wednesday. He was pretty impressive this past summer in Arizona as the 18-year-old hit six home runs in 37 games.
