It was another series of unfortunate defensive events for the AZL Indians on Wednesday night as the team committed five errors on the evening, a rather discouraging event considering their six errors committed the previous night. Shortstop Dorssys Paulino made his 12th error on the season and has 12 errors in 24 games. In all it led to a 9-4 loss to the AZL Royals.
Tim Fedroff continued his International League onslaught with a big doubleheader in which he had a hit in ever at-bat but one. The Scrappers racked up 17 hits en route to a 9-3-blowout victory over the Williamsport Crosscutters Tuesday night. The offensive output was probably the result of some frustration for an offense that has had some struggles as of late. In their three prior games, the offense had only managed nine runs on 17 hits, exactly their output Tuesday.
