According to Dennis Manoloff of the Cleveland Plain Dealer, a source has told him that infielder Cord Phelps is on his way to Cleveland. No official roster move has been made, but an official announcement is expected sometime Wednesday morning. With a 12:05 p.m. game on Wednesday, the Indians will need to report the move first thing as he is expected to be available for the game.
