High-A Kinston left-handed starter Drew Pomeranz was scheduled to pitch on Monday night but ended up not making the start. He is not injured and the Indians just had him skip his start to monitor his innings. There was some thought last night that he may be on his way to Double-A Akron, but as of now he is scheduled to make his next start for Kinston on Saturday.
