A notorious slow starter, Moncrief still positive as June arrives
If you’re looking for someone with a contagious attitude, look no further than outfielder Carlos Moncrief. The native Mississippian has a trademark grin that shows up in the outfield and in the batter’s box, and it’s pretty easy to see why. A slow starter in the past, the arrival of June is just in time to heat up his cold bat. The IBI's Grant Miller recently sat down with the Indians top prospect about how he is adjusting to Triple-A and what he is doing to adjust to the new level.
