Tribe Madness: The Championship Game
The IBI Tribe Madness tournament pitting the 128 greatest Indians players of all time against one another in an NCAA basketball-like tournament wraps up with the results from the championship game matchup between Luis Tiant (1968) and Addie Joss (1908). Both pitchers dominated baseball in the year represented for each, and it is no surprise to see both matched up as the last men standing in this tourney!

Jesus "RBI Machine" Aguilar plated another three runs on Friday night in the Venezuelan Winter League playoffs. He finished with a home run, a double and two walks. Meanwhile, Carlos Santana had another poor winter ball playoff showing at the plate despite drawing two walks. He served as the DH on Friday, so no defensive news to report. As most expected, Francisco Lindor was ranked No. 1 overall, but there were also some notable omissions. The same could be said for Baseball Prospectus' list, which was released in November. Today, we wrap up our offseason Coach's Corner series with part two of our two-part interview with former High-A Carolina and new Double-A Akron manager Dave Wallace. In part one, the IBI's Tony Lastoria and Wallace talked about Tony Wolters, Joey Wendle, Erik Gonzalez, Bryson Myles, Alex Lavisky and others, and in part two they discussed several other top prospects that Wallace worked with in Carolina.
