Eastlake, Ohio- The Lake County Captains (8-5, 31-49) used three RBI’s from Todd Hankins to defeat the Lansing Lugnuts (2-10, 34-47) on Tuesday night by a final score of 6-2. The Captains have won three straight games.
The Lake County Captains came back from a 3-0 deficit early to defeat the Fort Wayne Tincaps 6-3 on Monday night at Classic Park. The Captains won the final two games to win their eighth series of 2013.
The Indians got a sensational performance on the mound on Sunday from Low-A right-handed pitcher Dylan Baker, and he has really strung together some good starts of late. Tony touches on him and many other players that were in action on Sunday from Akron to Arizona.
After falling to The TinCaps on Saturday night, The Captains came out with an early run lead to take down Fort Wayne, 1-0. Sunday was also a dominating performance from starting right hander Dylan Baker.
