Who are the Most Impressive Prospects in 2013?
Continuing his series of looking at the Cleveland minor league system with varying adjectives, Jim Piascik lists the most impressive prospects as we head into the 2013 season. Some players are impressive with one or two standout tools, while others impress with their all-around game. The IPI's Steve Orbanek returns with a new edition of Then & Now.
