In the 16th round of the 2012 Draft the Indians have selected right-handed pitcher Cody Penny out of the University of North Carolina.

Day 2 of the 2012 MLB Draft came and went yesterday. The Indians made 14 selections and were split right down the middle selecting seven high school players and seven college players.
