Around the Farm: June 12, 2012
Jason Donald continued tbe the big, right-handed bat in Columbus, while Trevor Crowe rejoined him with the Clippers after a season of injury. Bryson Myles blasted a home run for his first solid game since an injury put him on the sideline for the better part of a month. Today's top spot goes to a surprise regular here at ATF. Find out exactly who that is, after the jump...

Around the Farm: June 11, 2012
Jack Hannahan returned on Monday night for a short rehab assignment before returning to the Tribe later this week. Andy LaRoche showed some of his former major league stock, with his second homer in his past five games. Grant Sides continues to look like an elite arm, albeit in Low A Lake County. The top of ATF tonight belongs to a guy that does it all for any pitching staff he's ever on, and tonight, was perfect doing it.

Around the Farm: June 10, 2012
Russ Canzler had the game-winner for the Columbus Clippers. Nick Weglarz had his fourth straight game with a extra-base hit. Tyler Sturdevant didn't give up a run in his third appearance since returning to Carolina from the DL. Francisco Lindor rolled out three more hits to continue to climb out of a three-week slump. Tonight's top spot goes to an emerging third baseman in the system mostly known for defense, but has been showcasing a big-time bat to go with it. Jim Pete closes out the weekend with Around the Farm...after the jump...

Around the Farm: June 9, 2012
Nick Weglarz hit a game-winning home run on Saturday night for a home run in back-to-back nights. T.J. House dominate once again for Akron, making an early case for advancement. The top spot of ATF goes to a guy that's already played well with the Indians this year, but can't find a permanent spot on the active roster. Join Jim Pete for the weekend edition of IPI's Around the Farm.

Around the Farm: June 8th, 2012
Last night was a good night all around in the Cleveland Indians organization as every single team won from the big league team in Cleveland to the Low-A team in Lake County. There were some nice performances offensively last night, but as usual, Mr. Goedert had another good game and just continues to produce big numbers this season.

Around the Farm: June 7, 2012
Tyler Cannon showed offensive promise last season, but struggled to start the season in 2012. Ronny Rodriguez did the same. Both found their inner grooves on Thursday night. Juan Diaz hit a blast that continued his hit streak since returning from Cleveland. The top ATF performer showcased the right-stuff, well, the Wright stuff anyways.

Around the Farm: June 6, 2012
Tony Wolters keeps raking, and Jerrud Sabourin keeps hitting. There was a Nick Weglarz sighting, and Jose De La Torre may be a name to start paying attention to. Wednesday Night's ATF headline grabber may just be the best pure defensive catcher in the system. While he generally doesn't hit much, he proved there's a bit of offensive in there, which is icing on the cake. Who is it? Find out after the jump.

Around the Farm: June 6, 2012--Matt LaPorta-who?
Columbus scored 21 runs yesterday, and as you can imagine, dominated ATF on Tuesday night. Zeke Carrera rolled out a four hit-five run performance, perhaps re-emerging as a potential fourth outfielder. T.J. McFarland continued to gain footing as a top prospect with another seven-inning gem. The star of Tuesday night's show is the guy that has taken Matt LaPorta's slot as our ATF star. Could he be LaPorta's replacement in Cleveland in the future? Here's ATF...draft style...

Around the Farm: June 5th, 2012
Lake County dominated tonight's ATF with some pretty incredible performances over their 13-inning marathon. Jordan Smith took his frustrations out on not being picked for the All-Star team with another outstanding night. Carlos Santana brought his "smooth" swing to Low A for a one-night-only performance. Tonight's top slot was dominance-out-of-nowhere for a Captains reliever. Jim Pete brings his draft-night bravado to tonight's ATF.

Around the Farm: June 3, 2012--Many Sides of Sabourin
The evening was a short one for the Indians' organization, as the Akron Aeros and Columbus Clippers both saw their contests suspended due to rain. With that said, Carolina and Lake County both poured on the runs with victories. Jerrud Sabourin continued his Wally Joyner impersonation (the good year), while a new stud reliever may be emerging. Join Jim Pete's Sunday fray as he takes the journey Around the Farm...

Around the Farm: June 2, 2012
Matt LaPorta is finally officially heading to Cleveland. After several weeks of speculation on when he would get his call, Tony broke the news on Twitter last night that LaPorta had been called up and was on his way to Cleveland. LaPorta dominated Around the Farm the first two months of the season, so we say good-bye to him (for now) and also note all the other highlights for other players in the system on Saturday night.

Around the Farm: June 1, 2012
Columbus was rained out, but Akron, Carolina and Lake County provided more than enough noteworthy performance for another full edition of Around the Farm. Steven Wright was back on the hill for six innings and looked as good as ever, and Carlos Moncrief had an exceptional stat-stuffing game. Tony talks about them and more!

Around the Farm: May 31, 2012
T.J McFarland made his Triple-A debut on Thursday afternoon and put forth a very good effort, and Jesus Aguilar continues to play wall ball in Carolina. Tony steps in for ATF duties and talks about the performances by both of them yesterday and so far this season, and also touches on another two dozen players.

Around the Farm: May 30, 2012: The Candlelight Vigil Edition
There's a Colon in the Indians' cupboard once again, only this one isn't a bloated, 40-year-old, fat guy. Adam Abraham continues his role as the biggest over-achiever in the system. Tonight though, the top of ATF goes to a guy who's no stranger to it, and could be his last appearance here for a bit. Jim Pete brings you the candlelight vigil edition of Around the Farm, if you can handle the speculation, that is.

Around the Farm: May 29, 2012
T.J. House is dominant nearly every time he toes the rubber this season. The Indians are trying out Jeremie Tice in left field because his bat is just too good. Tony Wolters celebrated his Indians' minor league player of the week award with his best performance of the season. The top slot of ATF goes to a power-hitter that nearly hit for the cycle, without the homer? Jim Pete brings a top-heavy lineup to IPI's ATF...

Around the Farm: May 28, 2012: The Memorial Day Edition
Jerrud Sabourin continues his multi-hit barrage in Lake County. Zach McAllister returns to the minors and still showcased that major league talent. Kyle Bellows' bat has woken up in Akron, while Felix Sterling's arm has gone to sleep. The top slot in the ATF is a 'welcome back' not to a resurgent starter in Akron, who revitalized his career with the most difficult pitch to master. Jim Pete gives you the Memorial Day dose of Around the Farm...after the jump...

Around the Farm: May 27, 2012
Cord Phelps belted his fifth homer of the season, and Jerrud Sabourin continued his multi-hit barrage. The top of Sunday's ATF belongs to a ten-year veteran of the minor leagues, who has spent some time in the minors. Check out the pre-Memorial Day festivities with IPI's Around the farm...

Around the Farm: May 26, 2012
Jared Goedert is proving to be some sort of minor league freak while Jeremie Tice continues to absolutely destroy the ball in the Carolina League and Tony Wolters has nearly completely his 2012 May resurgence. While all three shined brightly, and with Matt LaPorta knocking on ATF's door again, a catcher climbed atop Saturday's ATF mountain, and may be a hidden gem afterall. Jim Pete returns for his ATF stretch with Saturday's edition...

Around the Farm: May 25, 2012
Jared Goedert is on one heck of a run this season and has quickly put him squarely back on the Major League radar. Even though he is learning a new position he has hit as good as he ever has in his career, and Tony talks about his hot start to date in today's Around the Farm. In addition to Goedert, an update on Thomas Neal and over 20 other players are also provided.

Around the Farm: May 24, 2012
Carolina was off on Thursday night, but the Indians' other three full season affiliates were all in action. Giovanni Soto had his best outing of the season, Kyle Bellows continues to swing a hot bat, and former Tribe #1 prospect Adam Miller squared off against his former organization. Tony touches on those three players and a bunch more in the IPI's daily morning staple "Around the Farm".
