Columbus scored 21 runs yesterday, and as you can imagine, dominated ATF on Tuesday night. Zeke Carrera rolled out a four hit-five run performance, perhaps re-emerging as a potential fourth outfielder. T.J. McFarland continued to gain footing as a top prospect with another seven-inning gem. The star of Tuesday night's show is the guy that has taken Matt LaPorta's slot as our ATF star. Lake County dominated tonight's ATF with some pretty incredible performances over their 13-inning marathon. Jordan Smith took his frustrations out on not being picked for the All-Star team with another outstanding night. Carlos Santana brought his "smooth" swing to Low A for a one-night-only performance. Jerrud Sabourin continues his multi-hit barrage in Lake County. Zach McAllister returns to the minors and still showcased that major league talent. Kyle Bellows' bat has woken up in Akron, while Felix Sterling's arm has gone to sleep. The top slot in the ATF is a 'welcome back' not to a resurgent starter in Akron, who revitalized his career with the most difficult pitch to master.
