Thomas Neal is a talented ballplayer who has gotten lost in the shuffle with the Indians organization, but a move to the top of the order in Akron may change that. Anthony Gallas continues to be a classic overachiever with the Mudcats, just like he was with the Captains last season. Wednesday's ATF headline grabber is a former fourth round pick that's spent most of his career getting bombed. Check out how he may be getting the last laugh, after the jump...

With the all-star break on the horizon, the Mudcats are likely trying to figure things out going forward to make a run at the second half title. Check out this week's edition of Fishing for Mudcats with IPI's very own Jim Pete...
The Cleveland Indians acquired right handed relief pitcher Esmil Rogers from the Colorado Rockies for cash consideration. To make the move, the Tribe designated Luke Carlin for assignment to place him on the 40-man, and sent Matt LaPorta down to Columbus to clear space on their active roster.
Jason Donald continued tbe the big, right-handed bat in Columbus, while Trevor Crowe rejoined him with the Clippers after a season of injury. Bryson Myles blasted a home run for his first solid game since an injury put him on the sideline for the better part of a month. Today's top spot goes to a surprise regular here at ATF. Find out exactly who that is, after the jump...
Jack Hannahan returned on Monday night for a short rehab assignment before returning to the Tribe later this week. Andy LaRoche showed some of his former major league stock, with his second homer in his past five games. Grant Sides continues to look like an elite arm, albeit in Low A Lake County. The top of ATF tonight belongs to a guy that does it all for any pitching staff he's ever on, and tonight, was perfect doing it.
Russ Canzler had the game-winner for the Columbus Clippers. Nick Weglarz had his fourth straight game with a extra-base hit. Tyler Sturdevant didn't give up a run in his third appearance since returning to Carolina from the DL. Francisco Lindor rolled out three more hits to continue to climb out of a three-week slump. The Indians aren't perfect, but if you take a closer look at the division, neither is anyone else. Who has less flaws? Is it the White Sox, the Tigers, the Royals or our very own Cleveland Indians? It's a tough call, but Jim Pete tries to take a quick glimpse to figure out if there's one team that stands out above the rest. Here's your weekly Saturday dose from the Corner of Carnegie and Ontario.
Tyler Cannon showed offensive promise last season, but struggled to start the season in 2012. Ronny Rodriguez did the same. Both found their inner grooves on Thursday night. Juan Diaz hit a blast that continued his hit streak since returning from Cleveland. The top ATF performer showcased the right-stuff, well, the Wright stuff anyways.
Tony Wolters keeps raking, and Jerrud Sabourin keeps hitting. There was a Nick Weglarz sighting, and Jose De La Torre may be a name to start paying attention to. Wednesday Night's ATF headline grabber may just be the best pure defensive catcher in the system. While he generally doesn't hit much, he proved there's a bit of offensive in there, which is icing on the cake. Who is it? Find out after the jump.
The first half is winding to a close, and the Carolina Mudcats are trying to right a ship that has seemingly sailed after lsoing all their games last week. Join Jim Pete on a fishing trip, with this week's Fishing for Mudcats...
Columbus scored 21 runs yesterday, and as you can imagine, dominated ATF on Tuesday night.
