History: Bryson was acquired from the Milwaukee Brewers in the C.C. Sabathia trade in July of 2008. He was originally selected by the Brewers in the 31st round of the 2006 Draft out of William Penn High School (DE), and as part of the last draft-and-follow class under the old CBA he signed a $300,000 signing bonus in May of 2007. He pitched winter ball in the offseason for Puerto Rico and in 15 relief appearances did not allow a run in 15.1 innings and allowed 5 hits, 7 walks, and had 19 strikeouts....
