History: Rodriguez, 18, is an outfielder the Indians signed as an undrafted free agent in September 2009 out of the Dominican Republic. In his pro debut in 2010 in the Dominican Summer League he finished 1st in the league in triples (10), 12th in slugging percentage, 8th in OPS (.864), and 4th in stolen bases. He finished last season ranked 3rd in the Indians organization in batting average (.304).
