History: Howard, 19, is a right-handed pitcher the Indians selected in the 2nd round of the 2011 Draft out of Searcy High School (AR). In his senior year at Searcy he went 9-1 with a 0.31 ERA, and in 58.0 innings allowed 19 hits, 2 earned runs, 25 walks, and had 115 strikeouts.
