In the 9th round of the 2010 Draft, the Indians have selected RHP Jordan Cooper out of Wichita State.
Height: 6'2" Weight: 215 DOB: 05/10/1989 Bats: Right Throws: Right
Signing Update (June 13): Cooper has officially signed with the Indians. He will likely report to Mahoning Valley.

Scout's Take: "He is a pitch ability guy with a good feel for three pitches with average to above average command of all three. There is a good chance that he will pitch in the big leagues in some capacity."
Quick Hit: As a sophomore in 2010, Cooper went 10-3 with a 2.01 ERA and was named a third-team All-American by Collegiate Baseball and earned Missouri Valley Conference Pitcher of the Year honors.
