In the 4th round the Indians drafted Kyle Bellows 3B from San Jose St. He played 3B and SS last year for San Jose St. He was rated the 63rd best player in the in the state of California by Baseball America. His stock has dropped a bit after an outstanding freshman year where he was on every all freshman squad listing you could find. In that same year he played New England Colligate League and was rated by BA as the second best prospect in the whole league. First rated prospect in the league was a lesser known prospect named Steve Strausburg. He was rated the best prospect at San Jose St. by PG Crosschecker. He isn
